    I would doubt that Business Studies covers anything about personal finances ; rather it's about businesses and the business environment.

    Indeed it is, mostly, but it was also the closest thing to "commerce" as mentioned in the post that I responded to that I can think of on the current curriculum.

    Some courses, however, do cover small areas of personal finance in regards to starting up a business as a sole-trader.
