Reclaim Bank charges N. Ireland

Can anyone advise as to whether bank charges rules apply in N. Ireland? Also, is it just for personal account charges or can we apply for the business account also?

Any help much appreciated.

Northern Ireland should be similar to the UK apart from county court limit of £2000.00. I know Mar.Chesham dealt with his case in Northern Ireland and had to go into his branch and complete income and expenditure forms.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
