Reclaim Bank charges N. Ireland

Can anyone advise as to whether bank charges rules apply in N. Ireland? Also, is it just for personal account charges or can we apply for the business account also?

Northern Ireland should be similar to the UK apart from county court limit of £2000.00. I know Mar.Chesham dealt with his case in Northern Ireland and had to go into his branch and complete income and expenditure forms.Can anyone advise as to whether bank charges rules apply in N. Ireland? Also, is it just for personal account charges or can we apply for the business account also?
