Tax via PAYE after Bankruptcy

I was made BR in Nov last year, was told the usual your will get a nil tax code etc. and had to pay what tax I did owe via a third party that the OR office arranged. I was told that once I started the new tax year I would start paying tax again or if I changed jobs get a new code, but as of yet I'm still on Nil tax code.…

Thanks, good to know someone has been in the same situation that I can relate on it. I'll sort via the Tax Office then. When you say next Tax Year, do you mean you'll start paying as normal this month in your salary, then the extra they will take in next years tax year from April 10/11?
