Picnic-UK or Eurocosm

I bought a picnic backpack from this company. I needed the product the next day otherwise I would buy it from the highstreet. I explained this to the company when I ordered over the phone, they said this would not be a problem.
I waited in the next day and sure enough it didn't turn up.
I then had to buy an alternative from the highstreet. They are accepting the return by refusing to refund carriage costs even though I stated I only wanted the product if they could deliver in time.
On the delivery document it stated Wednesday delivery so they never intended to get the product delivered on Tuesday anyway.
Product looked ok, but be warned about their bad customer service that dispute what they promised.
Companies involved; picnic-uk.com and eurocosm.com

Hi,
In terms of your carriage costs .... check what the distance selling regulation cover you for .,...

Appalling customer service.
Ordered a 10ft trampoline deck, the one delivered was only 8ft.
No one answers phones and they don't phone back when you leave a message.
Eventually got an e-mail response but it did not fully address my issue.
Returned goods by recorded mail so I know they received them and enclosed note.
Still no contact and no refund.
This was an item for one of my customers so now it makes my service look bad.
I will now have to drive to Ipswich and do a Mr Angry on them!!!!
This will cost me as much, probably more, in lost work and fuel etc. than the item cost but I will not be ripped off for over £100.
My advice; Don't do business with these people.0
