Hi all
When this bank charge re-claiming thing started 18months ago/2 years, my boyfriend got his back but I sent off my claim (copies of statements, the correct letters, that were going round to use at the time etc etc) and was too late as the court cases started and I was told by my bank that my claim was on hold.
Now we can start claiming again, would I have to do the same as before, sending everything off or should they still have my claim and be able to work from that?
Thanks!

You could always claim so you can go from July 2001 if you want under the FSA waiver.Hi all
