Hi,I have just found an old credit agreement with Capital Bank and part of the loan relates to something called Lifecare.
It was for a total of £1640 added to a loan of £8k.
Anyone know what lifecare is please?

    Hi there

I'm sure someone will clarify this, and if part of a loan then it's possibly the same as PPI (Payment protection insurance) but named in a different way.;)
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D

The only reason I ask is because I am a self employed person and have been for 20 years, this is the first time I have struggled for work in that time, and if I have been paying for something that I shouldnt have I want to know.
If I built a house for someone and charged them for something they hadnt asked for they wouldnt pay for it.

Sometimes its sold as compulsory to the loan and its only now that people actually know this was not the case and they can claim it back as it was useless to them for various reasons.

If the poster has valid reasons for misselling then its worth a complaint.
90% of single premium complaints are being upheld. Doesn't that say something??

Having read some of your other posts it is quite clear you are in fact a troll.
