Housenetwork from buyers perspective?

I often read comments from those who have sold through this online company but rarely comments from those who have made enquiries to them about a house they have for sale, or a vieiwng or even bought through them.

Anyone help with this - the other side to using them to sell?

Ive viewed a house that was for sale with them, i went on to put an offer forward too. Ive got to say i found them very helpful.

On my first contact with them they took all my details, inc my position to move forward. I asked to view the property they said they would call me back within they hour and they did.

When i went back for a second viewing they rang the vendor while i was on hold.

I decided to make an offer on the house but there was also another buyer offering too, they kept me inform the whole time. I didnt get the house tho, but they very were customer friendly.

I regularly get requests for help and advice due to the business I was in. Many of the people are from out of my area and housenetwork could be a good solution for them. Hence asking for the feedback.
