Think of something to make to reduce egg mountain - might do lemon curd!
Could you sell them?
my nan has 8 chickens and 2 ducks, and they lay mountains of eggs a day, so she uses what she needs for baking/basting/sauces etc, and then sells them in boxes of 6 at a local butchers.
The duck eggs go for £1 each, the chickens are £1 for 6, and the butcher takes 10p from each sale, everybodys happy
Last i heard she was making £20 a week and still had loads left for herself. ooohh and she has been known to trade the odd 1/2 dozen for a tray of seedlings down at the allotment lol Debt@LBM1=£4050 1st DFD 27/08/09

Hello,
I have done my food shopping on-line rather than in the shop saving me £45 on what I normally spend - not tempted by the pretty clothes and books and other things we don't really need that way.
I have paid this £45 straight off my New look account card leaving the balance at under £2.00 !!
Woo hoo yay me !!
I'm really getting into this now.
Thanks everyone
