All you need to do is be one of the first 25 people down to meet the Angels after 10am at Jet Set Car Wash on Caxton Road, Elm Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford to win one of 25 carwash tokens.

The Angels will be there until 12 noon onSaturday 27th and Sunday 28th June, and then again on Saturday 4thand Sunday 5th July, so there's plenty of time to get down there!

The tokens are given out on each day.

It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.
