:confused:how bad does that sound!!!!
i actually work in an indepedant agency of halifax, so i am not directly a halifax employee. I have my concerns that if I put a claim in then it could have an effect on my employment. not with my employer but from halifax themselves. i am in financial hardship and currently in a dmp with cccs, this would all come to light if a claim was submitted to them, any advice would be good
thanks

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
Are you making additional payments to clear the arrears?

    hi,

No, we dont have any priority debts in arrears,we managed to keep on top of them, thank god!!!!
most of the creditors have accepted dmp just 1 or 2 left to agree to cccs payments, We have had best part of £2000 in charges in the last 9 months from bank, obv if reclaiming would put my job at risk I wouldnt do it..

If there are no priority debt arrears then you don't have a claim for financial hardship, I would check if you have any financial management policy in your employment terms.
