Baxi bermuda inset 3 super heating system HELP!

Hi all
i have running cold water in cold taps but no water at all running from my hot taps. Its a back boiler and the water tank is in the loft. The boiler is fireing up and the radiators are heating up can anyone help?

sounds like an air lock if you have a mixer tap put ur hand under the spout to stop the water coming out then turn both taps on if no mixer use a hose pipe to connect tap to tap then open both for about 30 secs before you do this cheack the 22mm pipe in the airing cupboard there should be a gate valve on it around eye level make sure thats open by turning anticlockwise
if it was the air lock andits the first time its happened it might be ok but there is usually another reason which is the ball valve isnt running to its maximun so ur tank in ur loft is emptying before your tank has the chance to fill up causing it to get air in it when the draw of pipe is expoed a new ball valve should do the trick
