Insurance for 2nd car with no 'no claims' bonus

In an attempt to keep my annual mileage within a leasing agreement permitted maximum on my business usage car, I have bought myself a a low mileage runaround to spread the load... and to hopefully take the supermarket dings!

Having used my 'no claims' allowance on the first car, I am being quoted silly figures on the cheaper car with '0' no claims discount.

Are there any insurance companies that allow 'double' use of no claims bonus or perhaps give an introductory discount?

with zurich, if you have 5 years NCB (for eg) on your first car, they will match that on your second car, and i find them very cheap indeed, fully comp with fully loaded policy such as courtsey car, windscreen replacement, free breakdown cover etc.

I bought a second car over 15 years old which allows me to run it on "Classic" insurance. It's a 1989 Jaguar XJS, 5.3 litre, 299bhp and I pay £250 fully comp with no NCB counting towards it.
Obviously it works on cars that have double-figure miles per gallon too :eek:
