    Have you tried calling them?

"If you have booked online or by phone for a non West End theatre event, please contact
    0871 220 0260"

Or even using their ticket tracker?

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Or go onto www.saynoto0870.com and use the equivalent LL number of 0115 912 9000 which won't cost you a fortune!

I've used seetickets before and they literally sent them 2 days before the concert (to stop people reselling them??), and given the recent postal strikes in London, your tickets may not have reached you.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Hopefully you paid on a credit card.

If you have contact them advise them you have not received the tickets for the show. (Goods not recieved). They will ask you to write in with info or send a letter out for you to complete.

    God luck.

    Hi folks

I think i paid by credit card not too sure will have to check.

Update on this is i spoke to the ticket office it was the secc in glasgow who i bought from online. They were pretty rude and unhelpful and basically told me i should have contacted them if the tickets hadnt arrived. I tried to explain that i was away from home and didnt find out that i had no tickets day before the event. They told me since the event is over now and it was via the promoter etc ? I have lost my money!!

Can someone please advice if its worth my while to persue them or just ring my credit card company

Did you try phoning them when you got back home just before the concert? Normally they would then re-issue the tickets so you can pick them up on the door.

I would definitely try your credit card company, as you paid for goods that you didn't receive.
