i rang hotpoints customer services the other day as we had a problem with our fridge freezer, and the lady there was really helpful, very informative and very nice.
i have now booked a call out that costs £100 (its out of warranty) which covers all parts and all labour, which i though was reasonable, and if they cant fix it they give you £100 off a new one.
its so refreshing to hear an nice english speaking person, who can actually help you out.
