    Cara, how long have you been working for the bank, is it your first job? The problem with a lot of "Office" based work, is the "Office politics", which is all about being accepted and trying to fit in. I spent 33 years working in offices, and I am not a political animal, I do not run with the herd. Do you think that working in a school would be any different, because you will not only be working with children, but will be part of a larger team of teaching staff.
    We are going through a very difficult recession, and it is probably the wrong time to simply give up a job, unless there are very good reasons.
    I hope that you get things sorted out.
