reclaiming bank charges after bankruptcy

hi all
can anyone help , i had a claim going through for £5000 + before the claims were put on hold .
i have since been through bankruptcy due to losing my job through illness and have now been discharged
can i still claim my bank charges if the court rules that the banks have to pay out or will the bankrupycy afect my claim .
thanks for any advice .also a massive thanks to this web site i wouldnt have got through the last 2 yrs without the help and advice in the forums

Did you make your OR aware of the bank charges claim at the time and was a county court claim filed? If the account was part of the Bankruptcy then I believe the answer is that you have given up the right to that money.hi all
