Options
We had a company ring us up to try and get us to pay them to get our ppi back from companys that sold it to us for £99 they wanted payment over the phone and are ringing us back next week.I claimed our bank charges back a few years ago.But they have me thinking we want a newer car and instead of getting a loan ill try and get out money back that we thought we had lost.I need to get our ppi back from

welcome finance £1700.19 with out interest
barclays no figure yet
benifical finance no figure yet
lloyds credit card no figure yet

Dose any body have the address for welcome finance the part that deals with the ppi and dose any body have any experience in doing this with them.

    Hi,

The address for Welcome complaints is:

    Compliance Department
    Mere Way
    Ruddington Fields Business Park
    Ruddington
    Nottingham
    NG11 6NZ

I have been trying to reclaim my PPI from them since Feb 2008 and hopefully just getting somewhere now!! However since then they have changed their compliance team and newer complaints are being dealt with a lot quicker.

Can I ask what your reasons are for mis-selling?

If you look at the thread 'is welcome finance going bust?' you will find lots of stories regarding people trying to reclaim their PPi from them.

Good Luck and keep us posted.

    I agree with Sol00

Why pay when you can have free help on here, with also the use of templates.

Post up for help if you want help, and here below is the link, please check it over, its pretty straight forward and if successful you will get to keep every penny.;) You do not pay out anything at all this way, apart from a few stamps maybe.

When we took out these credit cards and loans barclays said we had to have it and we had a real job to get them to remove it 2 years latter.Lloyds we did not know we was paying it until l dug the the statements out, and welcome it was a secure loan and we was told we had to have it and we needed the money so we did not ask any more questions. Benifical finance told us it would help us if my partner lost his job it was a lie we could not claim a penny untill 6 months of being unemployed but when he was made redundent they would not help  so now im going for it.

    Hi tara and welcome.

Golly you have been through it haven't you?

Well it time to get reclaiming then.;):D

A link below to help you through this with templates, although if you can try to use your own words and the reasons you have for being mis sold.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

They have 8 weeks to respond in full.

You need to keep on at them until they resolve in your favour, or until you receive the final response.
In the final response they should give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS) if your not satisfied you should be able to go this direction.

Post all letters by recorded delivery, as this will be your proof of posting.

Post up for help when required and keep us updated if you can, good luck.;)
