Can anyone recommend a decent sturdy Tyre pressure gauge that will stand the test of time (with or without a pump). Not sure if digital or analog is best?
I have one which has a pump but the gauge is not working
Thanks!

Buy one of the metal-bodied, dial type."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I use a Halfords bicycle pum[ which has an accurate enough guage on it. Saves you swapping between pumping and checking pressures. I use one for doing van tyres up to 65psi and it gives me a good workout.:snow_laug0

You can get a digital tyre gauge for a few quid and an electric pump (that you plug into your cigarette lighter socket) for around a tenner. Gauges on pumps never seem to be very accurate so a digital gauge makes sure you get the pressure right.
Electric pumps are a lot easier than manual ones, especially if you ever have to put a lot of air in a large tyre.0 -

I bought the black halfords digital one about 5 years ago and it still works, I don't know if it had a battery but it has never needed one.
It's very light and has a rubber coating so has stood the test of time after being dropped and left out in all weathers.0
