broken bed after 14 months. UPDATE

Hi guys,

dont know if anyone will be interested but thought I would just post a little update about what happened.

Background is in March my bed broke after 14 months of having it. The bed shed were complete pains and refused to do anything until I mentioned trading standards at which point they told me what they wanted. During this whole time they would not give me any details for head office and everything had to go through the store.

During this, my credit card company tried to fob me off with some visa international rule stating that they couldnt do anything.

Now after 3 months of sleeping on the floor and annoyiing the credit card company I will have my full refund within the week!!

Its taken a while but wil be worth it.

During this whole time the bed shed has not replied to 4 letters that I have sent them.
Although this has now been resolved is there anyone I can complain to about the attitude of the bed shed?
