Can a discharged BR reclaim bank charges!

I have 3 credit card claims going through the legal system due to no CCA agrerments, the OR's office have said they will keep the cases going and keep any money that is reclaimed. I'm sure with a PPI reclaim it would work the same?0

I am going to try and claim my bank charges before I go BR but what I get out of it will still go towards my debts and BR fees. I blame those fees on my situation, not wholly but if it hadn't been for racking up such extortionate fees I would have been able to cope for long enough to get me through whilst I was unemployed and I would still have my house now. I believe my charges were totally unfair. I was charged (on a couple of occasions) over £100 in one day because Nationwide had tried to take the same loan 4 times in one day, obviously my balance wasn't going to have changed that much in a day! It was a Nationwide account and they don't have a cap on monthly charges like Barclays did at the time. Things rapidly spiral out of control when you are being charged £250 a month for fees.0

Look before you all jump on the wagon and get your knickers all in a twist i generally ask questions because i wanted to know. When i went BR i made the decision on the friday and walked into the court on the Monday and did not know what to expect next so i started to really research BR and sometimes when i think of things i like to ask the question.
I wish people on here would chill out a bit and not just jump to kick. If you are not sure what someone is asking or why they are asking why not PM them instead of jumping to kick someone. I believe this happened on the forum before and alot of people like myself just walked away when they were great at giving advice and those that know me on here know i would not be asking for any other reason than for knowledge bank.

Why not?!! I am, my OR has no interest in my bank account that I have, have held it for 7/8 years (NW step) I have added all charges up and am going to apply for charges back once I am discharged, after all it contributed to me going bankrupt. I'm not proud of BR, but its happened now.Saving target £6k by Aug 2011Raised so far £350/£6k0
