wiping illegal pre - 2007 loans.
Hey everyone, does anyone know anything about wiping off illegal loans that were processed before april 2007?
I'm currently paying off a loan to Lloyds TSB, i've got £7000 left to pay and i've been contacted by some micky mouse company claiming they can wipe out the debt, (for a fee obviously).
Is this legit? What are my chances of getting rid of it?
