Lloyds free airmiles, realy!?

Hi, I was basically wondering whether anyone knows if this deal is as good as it sounds "1,500 Free Airmiles enough for free BA returns to Ibiza, Malta and more"
It states that you apply for a card, spend £10, repay it and then get 1500 free airmiles with no extra payments or catches. I understand that to gain the airmiles you must book at least one night in the stated hotels but I'd just like to know if there are any extra hidden costs or anything I should be wary of as I am a student and this just sounds like an amzing deal!
