I started a claim against A&L in May 2007. I want to claim for charges since that date - do I modify my original complaint or should I start a fresh one?
Can anybody help please?

There are two route really.aelockwood wrote: »Sorry, Yes, I should have mentioned it had been stayed
If you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utlilities) then you can claim all charges from the the ones stayed to the ones current but only through the bank via financial hardship route.
However if you do not have any priority debt arrears then its new charges only and follow the process you originally did.0 -
