O’Connor’s campervan Competition
1.By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.


2.White Stuff reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these rules at any time without prior notice. White Stuff reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside White Stuff’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.


3.Employees of White Stuff and O’Connor’s campers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.


4.Only one entry per person is allowed. If White Stuff discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, White Stuff may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.


5.All entries must include name, address, phone number, and email address.


6.There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition


7.The competition starts on 15th June 2009. Closing date for receipt of online entries is midnight 31st July 2009.


8.There will only be one winner. The winner will be notified by 31st August 2009 by phone/email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of this 28 day period then a new winner will be selected.


9.The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. White Stuff reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.


10.Entry is free and is open to all residents in the UK. Entry can only be made online at whitestuff.com.


11.The winner must be aged 21 years or over, hold a full, clean UK driving licence and must be medically fit and healthy. The driver must be at least 25 years old, have held a full, UK driving licence for 2 years. O’Connors Campers reserves the right to prevent a proposed driver from driving if their driving history is not considered appropriate by O’Connors Campers Insurance Company. In this situation the winner will need to find another driver who is acceptable to O’Connors Campers insurance Company, or forfeit the prize.


12.Prize includes a week’s free hire of a 1960s Splitscreen Volkswagen campervan or a 1970s Bay Window Volkswagen campervan for one week between 1st September 2009 and 31st October 2010. The week must run Friday 15.00 to the following Friday 10.00 am. Hire of the campervan includes free insurance for the first driver, free standing tent which attaches to the van, extra camp beds if required, sink, cooker, fridge, camping gas, mains hook up, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, cycle rack and an extra outdoor table and chairs.

It does not include collision damage waiver, insurance costs for extra drivers, or additional insurance costs due to the age and driving history of the first or further drivers, costs for foreign licence holders, bedding, travel costs to our workshop to collect the van or travel costs to return to your home. Prize does not include transportation, gratuities, personal incidentals or any other expenses not specifically listed herein.

This offer is subject to availability and booking. The week’s hire must be taken before end of October 2010 or the prize is forfeited. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all travel companions that are minors on the trip. The van can only be driven in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.


13. White Stuff cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.


14. Insurance, maintenance and running costs (including fuel, tolls and any other related charges) of the campervan are the responsibility of the winner for the duration of the prize.


15. White Stuff reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond their control. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.


16.The prizewinner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and White Stuff reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity. Photos may be used in press or online.


17.The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by White Stuff.


18.No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from any Competition.
