Scottish Hydro Electric what are the off peak hours?

Hi I just wondered if anyone could tell me what the off peak hours are for Scottish Hydro Electric, I'm on the tariff for people with disabilities etc. I just wanted to know what the off peak hours so I can put my tumble dryer on at that time.

It depends on whether it is Economy 7, Economy 10 or Economy 18. 1 am to 6 am is a safe bet but exact times depend on the tariff. And some social tariffs from SHE do not have any off-peak times.

What is the name of the tariff on your bill? How many dials do your electricity meters have?

Also to follow on from KimYeovil, not only does it depend on the tariff, it also depends on the area of the country that you are in. As a Scottish Hydro customer I can only assume Scotland (it is possible for you to have this tariff in England), but depending on you're geographical location the hours vary, best bet? Give your supplier a ring and thye can tell you exactly what the hours are if you have off peak timed.
