Pls help ,very limited diet but limited budget

Hi I have been reallllly poorly since xmas and getting sorted seems to be taking an eternity ,latest tests seem to point to very severe reflux with damage to my throat +the possibility of some inflammation due to coeliacs or similar. I have cut out all fat and tea,coffee ,alcohol ,garlic,onion,meat ,just about anything…

I would say avocados taste more veg than fruity. I find them creamy, smooth and quite mild in flavour, with half the family loving them and the other half shuddering at the thought. Lets hope they are somthing you like.
