what about the fsa hold on reclaiming, its been 2 years now and with results of 1st part of house of lords appeal not coming until octoberish and the 2nd part not starting until 2010 and is thats a success for the consumer we will have to wait 2 see if the oft do decide that the charges are unfair.will it be 2011 or later before its all done and dusted? if thats the case would the oft be able to keep the hold ongoing?

County courts can YES, FSA Waiver can be renewed each 6 months. OFT can't as they are party to the case. It does make legitimate sense as there is no final decision but claiming can still go on back to 27th july 2001. If the OFT are successful we could be looking a lot further back than that.....what about the fsa hold on reclaiming, its been 2 years now and with results of 1st part of house of lords appeal not coming until octoberish and the 2nd part not starting until 2010 and is thats a success for the consumer we will have to wait 2 see if the oft do decide that the charges are unfair.will it be 2011 or later before its all done and dusted? if thats the case would the oft be able to keep the hold ongoing?
