This is wrong, isn't it?

Saw this article and i though that it was typical of the banks, but are the court details correct? Or have they got things mixed up a little?

    Yes banks lost UTCCR twice.
    No decision will not be August since the House of Lords is in recess from July until October.
    The Whistleblower program did show a scene where a cost of 9p was broadcast, however that was not the true cost but merely an example for the program makers.
    I think the person is arguing penalties in law rather than UTCCR 1999 so in that respect I would disagree with them
