With yesterdays news what happens now?

Couple of thing if anyone can help? My claim was put on hold in July 2007 with Barclays - do i have to restart that claim again or do i just wait for a reply when the case has finished? Also because it was 2007 i have still incurred charges for the last two years can i claim on them also even though my claim has gone back 6 years already?

Also another bank that i have claimed from and recieved a settlement, for bank charges but during the last two years they were still charging me for going over my overdraft - are you allowed to relaim? I am now out of work and have had to leave that account with the overdraft unpaid? What can i do?

My claim was put on hold in July 2007 with Barclays - do i have to restart that claim again or do i just wait for a reply when the case has finished? Hold at the bank or the county court?
Also because it was 2007 i have still incurred charges for the last two years can i claim on them also even though my claim has gone back 6 years already? Under the FSA waiver charges going since July 2001 to present day are claimable.

Also another bank that i have claimed from and recieved a settlement, for bank charges but during the last two years they were still charging me for going over my overdraft - are you allowed to relaim? yes
I am now out of work and have had to leave that account with the overdraft unpaid? if it is over the overdraft limit I would claim now via the hardship route.
    What can i do?
    See above.........

Thanks for the information, the bank put a hold on the claim in 2007 not the courts!!
