Hi, I used this website a couple or so years ago to start my application to reclaim my bank charges back.
I never continued with the application after sending a letter off to my bank but i never kept any details of the letter or when it was sent.
Should i start a new claim, or is there anything I can do to continue from where i left off (all beit being 2+yrs ago+

Bizarrely, you send a subject access request with the statutory £10(make sure you clearly mark that you want a FULL SAR and NOT statements) and they will provide it for you. Have you received further charges since then?mishmash02 wrote: »Hi, I used this website a couple or so years ago to start my application to reclaim my bank charges back.
