Hi all,
I recently successfully re-claimed £2169 from Lloyds TSB :T due to a missold ppi that I took out when I was off sick following an accident (which thereby invalidated the insurance). I was explaining how this had come about to my dad when he piped up "well what about your thyroid problem, is that not exempt then?". I have since phoned round ALL my cc's and Lloyds TSB and none of the policies I have taken out since 1999 have been valid!!!
Therefore I am now trying to claim back for 2 further Lloyds loans, a Lloyds cc, an MBNA cc and 3 GE Money cards! Just wondered if anyone else had any info re: medical misselling relating to these companies. Will keep you updated x
