Eastern Europe Index Tracker?

Hi folks,
I am interested in investing in the emerging Eastern Europe economies. However the searching I have done so far has not resulted in me finding any index tracker funds, though there are tracker funds for several other world economies.
If anyone already invests in such a fund I would be most grateful for the details, and if people are even investing in managed funds in Eastern Europe I would also be interesting in hearing from them.
Many thanks in advance, Sarah.
