update of charges

HI

I have just got round to submitting step 3 letter threatening court proceedings to lloyds tsb. I first started this process in May 2007 my question is can I now update my charges and claim the last two years on top and if so do I have to start the process over again.

    You can add the other 2 yrs on by sending the other statements on if you're going through a financial company, otherwise you can update your claim, I think there is a link to this in the main website?

    Fiddy1, send an updated spreadsheet to Lloyds listing charges, from last two years and ask for them to be considered also. You don't have to start process, all over again.
