Hello!
We have been living in our house for two years and have always vowed to build some fancy understairs storage unit..!
Having realised our DIY isn't that great we are thinking we may need to buy something.. but can we find anything..!! Can we heck!
So we are looking for suggestions, pictures anything to give us inspiration of what to build or where to buy it...!
Our stairs go up the side of our living room, so we have the whole triangular shape to fill.. but its not very big!
Anyone got anything similar of can suggest something?
Thanks
Bex

If your DIY skills are up to shelving you could go down that route and use it for storing DVD's, games, CD's etc. Easy enough to cut shelving to length and fit the verticals into the triangle.
We have coats and shoes under ours but it is in a hallway so no issues with smelly shoes in the living room.0 -
We had considered shelving, and I forgot to say what we were intending storing
It will be for DVD's Videos, board games, and books..
I was wondering if anyone had seen anything else inspirational?0 -
I saw some modular cubes somewhere that could be assembled to any height ,1 high ,2 high etc ,think it was Ikea ?!0

If you cannot find anything suitable then it is because you are not looking hard enough. There must be thousands of firms out there selling the sort of stuff you are looking for.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0
