hi real1314, the 12 weeks was how long i was tied in to a sole agency, after the 12 weeks i could leave or go multi agency, or just stay with them
fire fox - the point i am trying to make is that i agreed to pay for a service and i was not happy with the level of service i was getting, so i wanted to change,its only a bargain, if you need it or will use it.

You told the estate agents you definitely wanted to sell your house. Is it dishonest of you to want to take it off the market just a few weeks later?
Doesn't the OP say three months later at the end of the agreement
