the hold on reclaiming

what will happen with the fsa hold on reclaiming with the decision not coming until the autumn or worse still goes to european courts. surely the fsa wouldnt continue with the hold for that. would they???

Just bumping this up for you... I'm not sure if the hold would continue or not if it goes to the European Courts... I hope it doesn't go that far tho!!0

They've put the hold on for this long, I very much doubt they'd have a problem holding it for another 6 months.
This could drag on for a while yet I'm afraid, even if the banks lose this appeal

The waiver will be updated due in July 2009 and the advice to county courts is the same, stay on claims.what will happen with the fsa hold on reclaiming with the decision not coming until the autumn or worse still goes to european courts. surely the fsa wouldnt continue with the hold for that. would they???0
