Bank charge success, going for round 2?

Hi, i claimed over 2k form HSBC for overcharging on my overdraft, it was before test case started, but i am now considering doing again because no sooner the paid out hey started again because(I THINK) the test case was looming and they knew nobody could do any more until this went through court etc.
Now, looking like they may well lose, can anyone advise if i should persue again?

Yes do persue again. You can go down the hardship route if necessary, or via a county court. But if the county court, stays your case, which they probably will, you can apply to have the stay lifted.

I've had a claim - currently stayed - in my local county court, against HSBC since July 2007. Began the process way back in January 2007.
