Fed up with Rightmove

I'm fed up with Rightmove, because so many of the listings are shared ownership, so you have to look at each entry to find out at the end somewhere that it's S/O. Are there any sites that allow you to filter these out?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I thought rightmove had filters ? Have you tried Propertyfinder?0

The rightmove filter for shared ownership is either "only shared ownership" or "everything on the site".
Bit of a rubbish filter really with no "exclude shared ownership"I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
& Choo Choo for trains!!0 -
No sorry ,just checked propertyfinder and fish4 and they dont have any filter either0

Hi
I use 'pre-owned homes' as a filter to get rid of SO properties. It doesn't cut all of them but the majority.0 -
also put in a minimum price that is realistic for the type of property that you are looking for.. this will exclude a few more as S/O ones tend to look really cheap till you read the small print0

As charliee says, very low price cries out shared ownership. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I agree - a quarter share of a £120k home will be priced at £30k, surely, and can easily be seen to be way outside your target price range?0

Not if you are looking for fairly cheap places, no. But ModernSlaves suggestion of pre-owned is very helpful thanks. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
