Sorry, I know this is slightyl off topic, but I need to shout at someone from tesco on-line

Ordered a bargainous sonic toothbrush on the 6th Of December as a xmas present for the GF

The money has cleared my barclaycard on the 13th and still no toothbrush!

The links on the "Your Order Details" page don't work and I keep going round it circles on the phonelines

HELP!!!!!

Thanks, finally managed to get through on some other number (got so many written down I've lost track)

They phoned the courier (apparently its out for delievery today) and they can't get though to them!

Apparently it went for picking on the 14th

I too had appalling service from Tesco online. None of their order tracking links worked and after ordering an item that was in stock on the 4th of Dec I didn't get the goods until the 15th.

I emailed them and complained and have heard nothing.

I ordered from 5 other online stores on the same night as Tesco and they all arrived without fault, within days.

Will not be using them again in a hurry!

Yes, horribly rubbish.

Do not get tempted to buy stuff from them, even
if it does seem like a bargain, which is of course like
catnip to us.

I ordered a 50,000 stroke per minute sonic toothbrush.
I eventually got a 30,000 stroke per minute item.

Took them over a month of me emailing them to tell me it is in fact an error, and only does 30,000.

Site STILL says 50,000.

Avoid eBuyer too. Rubbish in too many ways to list here,
I am now awaiting a reply for a query last wednesday as to why my order has dissapeared from their system.
Its like banging your head against a wall, I'd have more
luck if they had a helpline in China.

Dabs however seem much better. I'm sure some have issues with them, but compared to eBuyer I find them to be saintly, and the prices are comparible.

I must stick up for Tesco, i have bought a lot from there this year and have had no problems at all.
Last night my bargain wine turned up and although i was 15 minutes late home to receive it the driver was extremely pleasant and thanked me for giving him chance for a breather. ;D

Well the woman I spoke to was very apologetic and arranged for a new one to be sent out, but couldn't get it to me for christmas

But strangely, the original one that was with the courier on the 14th arrived at 7pm last night! (well I'm assuming it was the original one!)

I recently wrote to Terry Leahy - CEO and actually got a letter signed by the man himself - l've triple checked this with various people as l didn't belive it myself. It's realy ink and paper indented and everything ;D
