Ge capital bhs storecard

Hi, I my wife has just checked her online bank acc and noticed that the d/d for her BHS storecard ( bad card I know but had to have it when she worked there or she couldn't get staff discount),, anyway the d/d now shows as SANTANDER cards, she has had no correspondance about the card being taken over by santander has anyone else come across this?

Santander have taken over my Ge Capital paypal card i was informed of this several months ago but they have only updated the system for collecting my d/d on my last statement i'm surprised your wife hasn't had any correspondance from Ge Capital regarding this.

Yeah, Santander have taken over my EvansExtra mastercard, and, I think, my Asda card.

Hasn't made any difference other than with the Emails I get offering things, and that the payments I make from my bank now show the new name - they now show that they are Santander.

Hi thanks for the reply, she definitely hasn't recieved anything, plus she had to send copies of marriage certs for name change to ge as requested but it's still not been altered, not suprising they are a terrible company. She is also trying to reclaim ppi from them as she had no choice whether she took it on the card as she was an employee. But after looking on this great site she is going for it, the personnel manager made everyone on staff sign for ppi!
