Wrong again

not when you lie and make things up, which you obviously have done

this all comes down to people not earning enough too.
maybe if people are on average salaries and don't have the right level of affordability for the property that they want they should try and get an above average paying salary; and then be able to afford that little bit more, otherwise they have no choice but to lower their expectations.0 -

I'm not really sure why a FTBer should expect to buy an average priced house.
You start off small, buy a place, pay off the mortgage for a few years and upgrade.
Aside from people who have been given enormous sums of cash from rich parents or inheritance, I can't think of a single person I know that hasn't started off with a small place and moved or planned to move into a bigger one.
Disagree, it's only since the ridiculous boom from 2000-2007 that your statement rings true, all three of my sisters bought an average house in the 70's and 80's on average wage, and I myself bought an average home in '96 on less than the average wage.0 -

It is £37,400 plus the personal allowance = £43,875, not very good at this are you?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. LOL, is this all you and Joe are gonna do today? Accuse me of lying when I say something you don't like?
Anyone can see what you have said and what I have said. Last page of "cat died" thread. I was responding to Iveseenthelight about average prices vs average wage, and you popped up, in this average price vs average wage discussion saying what you said.
I've not lied about anything. You are simply twisting a hell of a lot here. We can see that by your explanation of "averages".
One could easily assume you were talking about average people being just that. The average person in Britian. Not your bizzare analogy of the average person which will always suit every argument you ever have.0 -

We're not talking about a lot of people here. It really is a half dozen idiots who have nothing better to do than try and wind people up on here0
