GARMIN - Great Service

Not often i end up singing the praises of comany. Purchased a Garmin Quest 18 months ago (on offer of course) and its been great apart from the fact the mount on the screen over the past couple of weeks started to fall off.

Looked around for replacement and couldn't find; so I rang Garmin' spoke to a HUMAN BEING!!! on a normal STD number.

The gent was very polite knew exactly what I was talking about apologised for the product failiing and duley sent the replacement by 1st class post out and I received it the next day!

WHAT SERVICE - can't all companies be like this.............
Me i'm always after a good deal.. :rotfl:
