I have just tried to pay for an Ebay purchase using my Paypal account and I get an error message, Internal Server Down. Does anyone know are there problems paying with Paypal at present (24 June)?.

The Register has an update at the bottom of their article:
"PayPal called at 11.50 BST to say everything is now working. They're investigating the outage and are not sure if it was caused by the upgrade. All payments have been recovered and will go through shortly. The site was down for about an hour."0
