Maz-I would have organised things more but hate to look a bossy boots...Next time I shall take the reins more if it helps-I was gutted not to have a picture with all of you...therefore, everyone HAS to come to do the RFL in Shrewsbury with me. Even if it's not a 'real race'....

it was a dig at myself more than anything TBH....plus everyone was coming and going in several different directions at differing times...

Plus the layout of the square was a bit wierd, and there was no real easy meeting point for afterwards...

Your leadership was appreciated when we got to Nando's on the saturday mind you!

On another note, i love that pic of you, jo and linda...! you none of you look red and sweaty!

    Sammy - nice aaaassss!

Thanks Maz :o bit embarrassed now to say it was only a mile, it took 15 minutes, I was running for 2 and walking for 1 (or thereabouts) but it felt good - my legs would've gone further than my lungs but it was hot too!

I realised it is almost 3 years exactly, I did a charity marathon WALK and ended up with bursitis (spud is that what you had?) but it just would not go despite injections and all sorts, then I fell pregnant and ate :rotfl: but I am determined to get back on track, I've been using the cross-trainer in short bursts, should keep that up too... got to change things :)

Yes hun, I had bursitis. Seems to be OK now though, mine just went with rest. Sounds like I was lucky.

Right, before I get my hair off, could some kind soul please tell me how much it would be to get a coach from B'ham international to Heathrow (terminal 3 I think) on the 30th of June am?

I have been trying for over a half an hour and ready to scream.

    Tigz-I like SW.

Spud, haven't seen photos but I bet you look fab.

spud - y'know what you have to do if you want to.... y'know what works for you......... and y'know where the support is...

Yep yep and yep hun but having the willpower to not only make a start, but maintain it afterwards seems to be lacking. One day I will do it, and feel OK about myself
