Trace & Access water leak. Advice please

Options
Hi has anyone in the South East had to use the services of a company for trace & access of a water leak in a concrete floor?
Ground floor flat, boiler pressure dropped 3 bars in under ten minutes. Can anyone recommend a company that is near Brighton, Eastbourne or Hastings that I could get a quote from?
Is success rate good for this method of locating leak?

Many thanks

normally the pressure should read about 1 bar when cold. As Jimmo said anything above this will result in the pressure release valve opening when hot.

Turn the boiler off, set the pressure to 1bar, does it drop to zero after a few hours/minutes?

Thanks for the replies. The info was supplied by a plumber who was trying to trace the leak. I am the company secretary for a block of flats and being told the info third hand. Two plumbers have said that there must be a leak and as the pipes are in concrete the trace and access equipment will locate, as they have been unable to.
