Reclaiming PPI on overdraft

i was accepted for PPI overdraft protection in 2007, i cant remeber agreeing to this , how do i claim back these charges from the bank?

    If you feel it was missold and you did not opt for this then you just send them a complaint letter as you would with loan/credit card PPI. There is a guide to reclaiming here.

    You write to them and have to give them 8 weeks to give you a full and final response. Always send everything recorded delivery so you have a proof.

    well you should have read the small print iam sick of reading posts from people trying to claim ppi back with various excuses that they didnt realise it was included/havnt needed it so can they claim it back/or cant afford it
