Hi all,
I am currently on maternity leave and assessing my options for returning to work. Having looked at the entitled to? website, I am now seeking some reassurance as to whether I have completed the information correctly.
On my return to work I will be working 18 hours per week and earning £154 per week. My husband works around 38 hours and earns £400 per week. Our childcare costs will be around £95 per week.
We pay £74 per week rent and around £1000 per year council tax.
It says that we will be entitled to around £98 per weeks tax credits. Does that sound about right?
Thanks in advance.
Jo

How many kids? Is one of them under 1 year? Any of them disabled?
I reckon about 100 pounds a week if you have 2 kids, one of them under 1, no disability. I will double check once I have your answers.0 -
One child. Yes, under one. No disabilities.
