Hi, me again.

I cancelled my PPI insurance on my credit card after paying for 3 years. Can I claim back any monies paid on the PPI insurance paid even if I didn't claim and never asked for a refund before.:cool:

    Why and when did you cancel and what are your reasons for misselling?

    If you got your credit card online, you may struggle i tried and was fobbed off as i agreed to terms and conditions ONLINE during the application, if you did over the phone you stand a better chance as COULD be misinformed verbally!

    Yes, if you have reasons for misselling. When did you cancel and what reasons did you give to them then.

    why should you be entitled to refund just because you havnt claimed whats next- Can i claim back life insurance premiums because i havnt died yet ?
