I can't find my old account number

Hi everyone,

I can't find my account number as i left the bank (woolwich) and they have now turned into barcleys what should i do? Does this mean i can't claim?

    Send Barclays as much information as possible for them to locate the account details such as name, address at the time the account was opened, date of birth, approximate date account was .closed.
