Reclaim to Gain

Hi all,

Ashamed to say it but I fell sucker to the claim game the above company are playing and they now have £50 of mine which I'm sure they have no intention of returning.

Basically I sent them back their forms within the 7 day period they requested in order to get my refund within '30 days'. 2 months later I still haven't received a penny.

The FSA, Ombudsman and OFT do not handle issues like this and I'm afraid the Citizens' Advice Bureau don't look like they are going to be much help either.

Who else can I contact and what can I do myself to ensure that this company fulfil their refund policy?

Thanks.
